Restaurant Kuurna is a quaint
bistro in the quiet neighbourhood
of Kruununhaka.
Paving the way for the Helsinki bistro-boom since 2005, we are dedicated
to our creations and we value high quality ingredients.
The food we serve is the type of food we love to eat: pure, interesting
and always enjoyable. The wine list consists of both classic and natural
wines, sourced from ecologically and socially sustainable producers.
Kuurna is like a second home for us and we warmly welcome everyone
to come and spend an evening and enjoy your time with us.

Our menu changes every three weeks according to what is in season. We also serve often daily specials which you may find on our restaurant blackboard.
The ingredients we use are sourced from local small-scale producers that
we love; they share our values and commitment to good food.
Our meat comes from local producers and the fish
and seafood from the Nordics.
Our cheeses are coming from Lentävä Lehmä and Rolling Cheese.
Our coffee is fresh roasted by Good Life Coffee.

The wines we serve by the glass are always the recommended pairings for
our dishes. Our cellar list focuses on high quality handcrafted gems.
Drink pairings for a 3-course menu is 43 euros.
Wine bar KLAAVA
We have opened our Wine Bar Klaava nextdoor from Kuurna.
In Klaava we serve great wines and small snacks.

You can buy our electronic gift card via the link below. The gift cards are valid in both Kuurna and Klaava for 12 months and the link to download the gift card will be send to your email after purchase.

Until the 14th of December you can also order the Christmas Season’s Organic Fruit Basket’s from our vegetable shop. The pick ups are from Kuurnan Kasvispuoti in Hakaniemi Market Hall from December 20th to 24th.
FROM WHERE IT ALL STARTED?
Since our first classes at culinary school, our ambition has been to become restauranteurs and to elevate the standard of dining experiences in Helsinki.
With a sprinkle of luck and as a result of a lot of hard work, Kuurna’s
ownership has now been passed on to us. We have the pleasure
and honour of continuing the legacy of our favourite restaurant.
